Overview

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

  • 1. Please get in touch with Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • 2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
  • 3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  • 4. Returns are processed within 2 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to you using the original payment method.


Return Conditions

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

  • You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, If you would like to return or exchange the item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery of the last item on the order.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: art derivatives and handmade products (e.g., leather goods).
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
  • We do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Please double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-LAZYet products.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we cannot process any claims for exchanges or refunds, regardless of whether the items have been mailed back to us.

  • 1. Submitting return requests by dropping an email.
  • 2. Our customer service will communicate with you via email; please pay attention to the reply. (We usually reply within 24 hours.)
  • 3. Once the return request is approved, we will send the return address via email.
  • 4. Please send us tracking information after you return, which is quite important. Without return information, there will be no refund.
  • 5. The refund will be released within 5 working days after we receive the package.

EU Customers — Right of withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last item of your order.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: You may submit your return or cancellation request directly through your customer account at https://account.lazyet.com, or by contacting us at service@ifaun.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Cancellations: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it free of charge within the 14-day withdrawal period. No cancellation or processing fees will be charged for EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal.

Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing proof of return shipment.

Return shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
