欢迎订阅 ComfyPanel Pro 增值服务。本订阅政策与服务条款适用于您对 ComfyPanel Pro 专业版服务（包含本地/云端增强功能、官方中转隧道服务）的购买、使用与续订。
Welcome to ComfyPanel Pro. This Subscription Policy governs your purchase, usage, and auto-renewal of the ComfyPanel Pro premium service suite, including local/cloud enhancements and official relay tunnels.

订阅计费与自动续订
Billing & Auto-Renewal
订阅方案：目前提供按月度计费（Monthly Plan）的标准方案。
Subscription Plan: Pro is billed on a standard monthly recurring cycle (Monthly Plan).
自动续订：为了保证您的服务不中断，所有订阅默认采用自动续订机制。系统将在当前订阅周期结束前的 24 小时内，通过您绑定的支付渠道（如 Shopify / Credit Card 等）自动扣除下一个周期的费用。您可以在当前账单周期结束前，随时在个人账户页面取消自动续订。
Auto-Renewal: To prevent service interruptions, all subscriptions renew automatically. Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the cycle ends.
退款政策 (14天退款保障)
Refund Policy (14-Day Guarantee)
14天无理由退款：自首次付款之日起 14 个自然日内，如果您对服务有任何不满意，均可通过 Thanks & Feedback 页面或官方邮箱申请无条件全额退款。每个独立支付账户和 Supabase 注册账户仅限享受一次无理由退款，以防止恶意刷单或退款套利行为。
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You are eligible for an unconditional full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription payment. Limit one refund per user/payment account to prevent fraud or subscription abuse.
超过 14 天后的取消：订阅满 14 天后，当前已支付周期的费用将无法退还。如您选择取消自动续订，您的 Pro 特权将一直保持可用状态，直至当前计费周期自然结束。
Cancellations After 14 Days: No refunds are issued for cancellations requested after the 14-day window. Upon cancellation, your Pro privileges will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
使用规范与共享限制
Fair Use & Account Sharing
账号唯一性：Pro 会员订阅仅限订阅用户本人使用。严禁以任何形式将您的账号、Supabase 登录凭证或穿透隧道 Token 共享、出租或赠予第三方。系统如检测到多 IP 异地异常高并发访问，保留对账号实施临时安全限制的权利。
Sole Ownership: Your ComfyPanel Pro subscription is strictly personal. Sharing, renting, or reselling account credentials or relay tunnel tokens is strictly prohibited. Suspicious concurrent logins from multiple distant locations may trigger security reviews.
中转通道带宽公平分配：官方中转隧道服务仅支持个人 Photoshop 图像创作的实时同步。不得将隧道用于视频流挂机传输、P2P 下载或与本项目创作无关的高流量恶意网络穿透行为。超出带宽公平限额可能会引发系统自动限速保护。
Bandwidth Fair Use: FRP relay tunnels are built for direct interactive Photoshop/ComfyUI canvases. High-volume, non-design traffic (such as constant P2P download or heavy video streaming) is prohibited to ensure quality of service for all users.

数据隐私安全：我们极其重视您的资产安全。ComfyPanel 纯属桥梁插件，绝不且无法留存您的本地工作流源文件、画布图像或任何商业机密。中转隧道在传输过程中均经过严格的 TLS/SSL 加密，服务器仅执行流量瞬时转发，绝不在公网服务器留存任何生成数据。
Data Privacy: We highly respect your creative intellectual property. ComfyPanel is a bridge and never uploads or logs your local workflow files or canvas assets. Tunnels use industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption and act as transient proxies without storing data.
外部依赖声明：本插件中的部分加速通道和云端节点涉及对第三方服务（如 Supabase 认证中心、BizyAir 云生态、Shopify 支付等）的网络依赖。对于因网络骨干网波动、第三方平台故障或用户本地网络防火墙限制引起的中断，我们将不承担直接或间接赔偿责任，但承诺尽最大努力保障 99% 以上 of 运行可用率。
External Dependencies: The platform relies on third-party services (Supabase auth, BizyAir nodes, Shopify payments). We guarantee 99%+ service availability but are not liable for transient internet outages, third-party maintenance, or local network firewall restrictions.
AI生成结果免责与版权归属：ComfyPanel / ComfyPanel Pro 作为连接 Photoshop 与 ComfyUI 引擎的桥梁工具，不参与任何 AI 内容的实际生成、审核或存储。由本服务生成的一切图像、音视频等内容的版权与一切法律责任均由订阅用户自行承担。用户需确保生成内容符合当地法律法规，不得用于侵权、违法或虚假宣传。对于生成结果的精确性、合规性、商业适用性，以及因生成内容引发的任何第三方纠纷，LAZYet 不承担任何法律责任。
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: ComfyPanel / ComfyPanel Pro acts solely as an interactive bridge between Photoshop and ComfyUI. We do not participate in, moderate, or store any AI-generated contents. The copyright, ownership, and full legal liability of all generated images, video, and audio belong entirely to the user. You must ensure that your creations comply with local laws and regulations, and do not infringe on any third-party rights. LAZYet disclaims all liability regarding the accuracy, legality, commercial viability of the generated assets, or any disputes arising therefrom.
运行与渲染报错免责声明：由本地 ComfyUI 引擎运行异常（如 CUDA 显存不足、缺失模型/节点、报错 Traceback 等）或第三方云端引擎计算异常引发的各类任务失败（通常在日志中带有 `[ComfyUI]`, `[BizyAir]`, `[NanoBanana]` 等引擎前缀标识），属于后端引擎或用户运行环境的执行报错，均与 ComfyPanel 插件本身的 UI 逻辑和桥梁代码无关。用户需根据对应的引擎报错提示排查本地 ComfyUI 配置、补齐模型或检查云端算力余额。
Execution & Render Errors Disclaimer: Any task failures caused by local ComfyUI engine anomalies (such as CUDA Out of Memory, missing models/nodes, Python Tracebacks) or third-party cloud computing failures (usually prefixed with `[ComfyUI]`, `[BizyAir]`, or `[NanoBanana]` in the logs) are execution-level errors belonging to the backend engines or the user's environment, entirely independent of the ComfyPanel bridge plugin itself. Users should troubleshoot their ComfyUI server terminal or check cloud provider balance based on the engine-specific prefix.
